Delete Your Account

You can delete your Aletheia account and all associated data at any time. This applies to the Aletheia Trade Show Manager mobile app and your Aletheia account.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Aletheia Trade Show Manager.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. If you want a copy of your notebooks first, choose Export notebooks before deleting.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account
• All notebooks, notes, ratings, and tasks
• Contacts and business cards you captured
• Photos and voice notes
• Your team membership and any selling profile you published

Can't access the app?

Email privacy@getaletheia.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and remove your account and associated data.

Timing and retention

We process deletion requests promptly, typically within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
