Are the onboarding fees really waived?
Yes. Starter waives the $1,500 of onboarding, Growth waives the $2,500, and Scale waives the $5,000 — all at no additional cost.
How are users counted?
Each user has their own Data Fuel balance included in the $299/mo base. Additional users add their own Data Fuel top-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. During your trial, cancel anytime with no penalty.
What does "full access" mean?
Every module. Every feature. RFQ, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Sales, Intel Hub, Artwork Pipeline, Communications, Task Manager — all of it, from day one.
What is a Data Fuel top-up?
Data Fuel is the credit balance that powers Aletheia's AI features — comparing sourcing RFQ price quotes for quality vs. price, generating packaging copy, suggesting HTS codes, creating detailed sales call recaps, and more. Each user has their own Data Fuel balance. A top-up is a one-time purchase that adds credits to that user's account. When their balance runs low, they top up again. Trial users pay $35 per top-up, Starter $30, and Growth/Scale $25. You only consume Data Fuel when you use AI features — the platform itself is always on.
